Frequently Asked Questions

Do I still earn a commission if a viewer starts with the 14-Day Free PRO Trial first?

Yes! Your referral tracking lasts for 30 days via browser cookies and persistent local storage. If someone clicks your affiliate link, signs in with Google to activate the 14-day Free PRO Trial, and upgrades to any paid PRO plan or Founder's Edition (Lifetime) within 30 days, the 30% commission is automatically credited to your account.

What happens if a viewer visits archidiagram.com first before opening the Web App or buying a Bundle?

Our cross-domain tracking automatically forwards your referral code across archidiagram.com, febhouse.com, and app.archidiagram.com. For SketchUp plugins on Gumroad, if a viewer clicks your link for a single plugin (such as Sun Diagram Pro) and decides to purchase a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 Pro Bundle instead, you still earn the full 20% commission on the higher bundle price.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are handled automatically by two trusted global merchant-of-record platforms so you never have to send manual invoices. Lemon Squeezy (for the Web App) pays out via PayPal or Stripe once your approved balance reaches $30, after a standard 30-day holding period. Gumroad (for SketchUp Plugins) pays out automatically via PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer according to their standard payout schedule.

What if a buyer clicks links from two different creators before purchasing?

Both Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad use the industry-standard Last-Click Attribution model. This means 100% of the commission goes to the creator whose referral link was clicked most recently prior to checkout.

What are the promotional guidelines and disclaimers for partners?

Affiliates are independent creators and must showcase real workflows and accurate software capabilities as documented on archidiagram.com and febhouse.com. Febhouse assumes no liability for exaggerated claims or unannounced features promised by third-party creators. Deceptive advertising, fake coupon pages, or paid search ads bidding on brand keywords (ArchiDiagram, Febhouse, Sun Diagram, Shadow Slice, Dynamic Symbols) will result in account removal and commission forfeiture, as detailed in our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
